[Resolved] HDFC Bank — account closure

I opened a salary account in hdfc bank as bank representative visits my office premises to open account. Home branch in which account open is so far as i live in another city. Now i want to close my account as i really dont like the services of the bank personally but bank representatives stating that you have to come to our home branch but it is not possible for me to visit their home branch specially for closure of account as now these days i am living in another city that is too far. Also bank representatives warning me if i do not keep minimum banace, they will charge me and will put my balance in negative in account. Please help Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
