[Resolved] HDFC Bank — account closure request | |||
Hi team, My name is ijas shaikh was having salary a/c with hdfc bank. Unfortunately i resigned from the company due to family problems. My salary a/c is converted from corporate account to regular account, now it is not zero balance account. Unnecessary it is costing me 600 fine. I gave application to east street branch camp pune mentioning each and every thing. Spoke to the executive miss pooja. It is more than a two months account is not closed yet. I again visited the branch pooja said it is awaiting approval to waive off the negative balance. It is not my fault, i am taking the initiative to close the account unnecessarily every month costing fine.
