[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Account credit showing negative (Rs. - 5542.42)

Dear Sir,

refer my complaint docket number is[protected]. my salary account no. [protected] (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (without informing me or warning me) i had logged complaints with above docket number to customer care and raised a request to close my account as I did not want to use the account and they did not follow up with the request and close the account.

it is requested to close my account and waive up the penalty.

In case you are unable to visit the branch, you can send the account closure application to the branch by postal service or courier.
