[Resolved] HDFC Bank — account hold | |
Hi, My Name is Ashok and I am having HDFC Salary account and I am maintaining this account since 2013. I am having a very Good Transaction history in my account. I am having a credit card and unfortunately I got some personal medical emergency so I couldn't be able to make the minimum dues also for 2 + months and they put my account with lien mark and I got salary and I called to HDFC customer care and requested them to deduct my minimum due from salary and release the remaining amount. But nobody is responding properly and not giving resolution and they telling me to pay the minimum bill then they will release the amount but I don't have funds in any other sources. So, I explained the same to them but they are telling the same story and credit recovery team they are calling to my Third Party Account holders from personal mobiles and asking about my payment and talking rudely, which is not correct and a sensitive matter. I lost trust on HDFC. HDFC team is telling recovery team can call to anyone. Is this process of dealing a customer? I requested to deduct the minimum and release the remaining amount which I wanted to use for an emergency medical purpose. I wants help and proper resolution.
