Hello, I was needed to open a account at HDFC Bank for my salary account. 1st month salary was credited and after that I added benificiary for 3rd party transfer after which 48 hours has passed. After that when I was trying to do NEFT, IMPS both failed..I was getting failed message whenever I was trying to do a fund transfer. After that suddenly I was logged out of my account and now I can't login in mobile banking, net banking. It's showing Account locked for User.
