[Resolved] HDFC Bank — account not closed, opened without informing and invalid charges debited | |||
Hi My name is himanshi khanna. I had a salary account in your bank. And it is to inform you that your representative opened a deemat account along with it without letting me know. I had multiple calls with your representatives to close the account but have not found any solution for it. In fact, the bank is keep deducting money from my account. Also i requested your representatives to close my salary account as well as but they have still not responded me back. Even money is continuously getting deducted from my account regularly. one of your customer representative approached me and told me close the deemat and trading account and then he will reverse the charges.
He confirmed the same through the official email id.
After the closure of the accounts i have been mailing him but he is not responding me back.
