[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Account not closing | |||||
Hi, I was holding one salary account with HDFC bank. Currently I am using salary account with another bank. So I don't want to use the account and want to close it. I have visited the HDFC branch repeatedly and submitted the form. As per their instructions, I have submitted an application to de-link my credit card from the account. Everything is done and it is almost 2 months when Me and My wife have visited the branch almost minimum 15 times. Still the account is not closed and it is pending.
