[Resolved] HDFC Bank — account on hold | |||
Dear sir/mam My account is on hold since i was not able to pay minimum amount of credit card and still my car emi has not been deducted. Even if have tried to get in touch with customer care and i haven't got satisfactory reply. Please advise shall i pay my minimum amount so that my account will be unhold since i will not able to pay immediately full amount. If yes please advise on mode if i will transfer in my account it will be adjusted in negative. Due to which i am not able to pay personal loan and car emi. And to inform you i have been not using this card and card has not been delivered to my address as well it's with bank. Please advise to unhold account on immediate basis. I have never expected this kind of service with hdfc bank from which bank i have personal loan /car loan/cc from last almost for 4 yesrs due to some personal issues i was not able to pay minimum amount also.
