I am Azhar Ansari (HDFC bank salary acc holder) raising this request on the behalf of my mother's (Nurjahan BIBI) saving account.
Recently contacted by your bank executive (Bhgvaanth) he had suggested I open an online account for my mother on the witness of my account and he provided false information, clearly, I have told my mother can't sign so how would you do video KYC, He told it will up to me I will do in 5 min don't worry sir when I opened an account and paid 5k in my account after that he is unreachable and KYC didn't happen.
Then I reached my base branch of HDFC Mohania, kaimur Bihar. After reaching there they have told teach signature to your mother otherwise 2 witnesses are required. so i have come back and taught my mother to sign (she is 53 yrs old) .
After that again visited the branch in the hot summer season which is 18km far g=from my home and KYC working staff told me after submitting the relevant document and got to hoe sir will do it by EOD and you will get your kit in 15 days.
Unfortunately didn't get anything and followed up around 45 days to do my KYC after that he is making nonsense excuses about missed your documents and you have to come for biometrics that is also not working in the branch.
my mother is in old age and we are misled by your staff for what you call we are providing every facility from home. same on HDFC bank staff behavior and hole HDFC Bank.
I urge you to please take relevant action on your staff and resolve my issues ASAP. otherwise, I will go socially and expose your Bank's behavior and services.
