I have been charged for rs 7000 today, 5th march, 2020 and the transaction shows this as a ach charge. This is done without my consent. I don't know what it is and why it is charged as i don't even has any loan from hdfc. Why this is done without any prior consent or information to m e. I want my money back. Why are you looting your customers?
