This is to inform you that, i have saving account in your bank, karelibaugh, vadodara having below mention credit card issued on 2010 which was expired on 2013 than i haven't got any renewal card from your end.

Saving Account No.[protected].
but still my saving account having credit card linkage showing due to this i unable to close my account.
Request to do needful for the same on top priority.
As i followup since last 06 month but could not close my account
Hope for favorable reply and resolve this issue.
