HDFC Bank — additional charge for gps system

I have purchased a new car with hdfc loan and all your services were looking good unless one. Our bank have charged rs 20000 extra for a gps system which they said is mandatory for getting loan. But now they are not giving any bill or details regarding that. At first the said àmt were 14000 . The price for the same product in the market is only below 8000. Our banj manager is behaving very rudely on this matter .pls have a rply regarding this as soon as possible with your policies regarding this
