[Resolved] HDFC Bank — address change request | |||
Address change request submitted to hdfc bank (Jb nagar branch) on 29th jan'2020. It has been 3 weeks now and i am still following up for the same. Hdfc is not able to solve a simple problem of address change request. I had visited the bank thrice just to submit the documents required by the bank since the bank employees themselves are not clear on the documentation that what has to be collected for address change request. Still i completed all the formalities required from my end. I had also written a mail to [protected]@hdfcbank.com (Ref no. - "hbl=[protected]") but still this has not been resolved.
