[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Adhoc stmt chgs incl st & cess 130217

Today when I checked my account, just came to know a deduction of 115 amount on 15th feb from my saving account towards ADHOC ATMT CHGS INCL ST & CESS 130217. I try to call customer care but thrice it's got disconnected as soon as I put my customer id & mobile no. So didn't get any clarification of the deduction from my account.

When I Visit HDFC page of charges & deduction, there also no specific mention of the above adhoc stmt chgs incl st & cess deduction.

I want a reverse of this amount.

Updated by arindam17.u My problem has been solved, as I visited to my home branch. Though it took almost one month of time but they been supportive in this case.
