Dear Sir, I am Rahul Kumar, actually I was Registered a complaint was 9th August regarding for the same, and HDFC Bank Representative has called me and told my money will be reimburse withing 24-72 Hours bt still my money note reimbursed and now again they deduct my balance again...it is false commitment from them and this time it's cant tolerate by me so now i would like to decided that i will close my account from HDFC Bank... Verified Support Aug 16, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Kindly note that you are required to maintain an Average Monthly Balance of Rs. 10000.00 in your account. Average Monthly Balance is calculated out at the end of the month. This is the average of the closing credit balance in the Account at the end of each day during the calendar month (i.e. a total of the daily closing credit balance divided by the total number of days during the month). In case this average is less than the minimum prescribed for your account, the charges for non-maintenance will be levied at the beginning of the following month along with the GST at the applicable rates. As a service gesture, we have reversed charges in your account on August 13, 2018. However, AMB non-maintenance charges will be applicable for months where you have not maintained the required Average Monthly Balance.
