[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — against policy no 15529329

Sir my name is parmod kumar my policy no is 15529329. Many times i came to you're office branch yamunanagar that i cannot continue my policy and submitted it there to lapse. But you send me messages again and again to continue it. I submitted it before 2 years ago and now i complaint against your service to the national complaint center and my complaint no is 379829. They suggested me to send this complaint again. Sir i again request u to solve my problem and pay my money. Sir i[censored] do nothing within seven days then i will take legal action against your bank.

Respected sir/mam, i am parmod kumar and policy no is 15529329. Before 2 years ago i requested you to lapse my policy but u don't gave me any satisfing answer. So now i complained against u in national bank complain center my complain no is 379829.
I again send my complain to u i[censored] do nothing within seven days then i will take legal action against u.
