HDFC Bank — AGGREGATOR EMI - OFFUS without customer knowledge

Recently I have made a transaction of 7900 and paid amount using hdfc credit card and after 5-6 days they credit the amount and convert it into offus EMI without my knowledge.

Purchase date: 29/05/2022. - Debited Amount -7900
EMI Conversion Date: 02/06/2022 AGGREGATOR EMI - OFFUS - Amount Credited 7900

I have paid the whole amount the next day they have converted into EMI. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

I don't want to convert it into EMI.I already paid the full amount.

HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by AGChavan After talking to customer care they told me this is done from merchant and I never told to merchant to convert it into EMI.

I am using Hdfc credit card since last 8 years with trust but new third party merchant is converting this in to EMI.

Updated by AGChavan This is bad experience with hdfc bank they don’t have customer value I told them please cancel this but they replied speak to merchant.
