HDFC Bank — amazon prime, money deducted

I have received a message without otp or password 999rs was deducted to Amazon1258399 from my credit card ending 7445 but that transaction was not made by me. So I have called to the customer care he responded that it was used for Amazon prime. So please take the action and consider it has fraud transaction and refund the money as soon as possible. Transaction was happened on 1st mar 2020 and amount 999 rs was deducted to the amazon1258399 but the transaction was not made by me. So please take the action and refund my money.
