[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — amb charges are debited twice from my hdfc bank account 50100*1621

Dear sir/mam,

My account no is 50100*1621, some amb charges are debated twice from my account without my notice. This is very annoying that hdfc bank deducting such amount without any statement unnecessarily. I need my deducted amount to be refund in 3 business days & even explanation why this amount is deducted. Kindly get it resolved.

Dear Customer,

The charges levied in your account pertain to non-maintenance of Average Monthly Balance or Rs. 10000.00 in your account in the months of January 2018 and February 2018. We wish to inform you that as per the terms and conditions applicable for salary account holders if salary is not credited into the account for 3 consecutive months, the account will be converted from a zero balance salary account to a regular savings account. The special facilities offered on the Salary Account is pursuant to the arrangement between the employer/company and the Bank. These benefits are extended by virtue of your employment in the organization, on whose request the account is opened with the bank and subject to regular salary credit. We had observed that there were no salary credits in your account and under these circumstances, the special benefits offered under the Corporate Salary Program were withdrawn. Hence, the requisite Average Monthly Balance of Rs. 10000.00 will need to be maintained in your account. In the absence of the same, the applicable AMB non-maintenance charges will be levied in your account. In the event of no salary credits in the Salary Account for any continuous three months, the Bank reserves the right to change the status of Salary Account to Savings Regular Account without any intimation to the account holder/me and the Terms & Conditions as applicable to the HDFC Bank Savings Regular Account shall apply to this account from the date of change of status. The Terms & Conditions and features applicable to Savings Regular Account are published on the website of the Bank. Please visit: (For Terms & Conditions) (On charges applicable for the Regular Savings Account) In case of a change in employment, you can continue with the same account provided the new employer has an arrangement with the bank for the corporate salary account programme. In case an arrangement exists, request you to visit the nearest branch along with your latest employment details for updation to continue with the existing account. Hi Team,

I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card without my knowledge on date:03/03/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1299/-.
