[Resolved] HDFC Bank — amb charges are debiting from my account without my notice

I am a hdfc bank customer. Amb charges are debiting from my account without my notice.in this month – dec 2018, 2 times amb charges are debited. I got messages as amb chrg incl gst for nov2018 deducted and amb chrg incl gst for nov2018 deducted. This is very annoying and that to without any intimation unnecessarily my amount is being debited. And please note i have maintained the good balance in account. Still if they deduct amount every month, it will be a serious problem for me. I am requesting you to refund the amount to my account. If you are not going to refund my amount i have to close this account for sure. Request you to kindly get it resolved.

These benefits are extended by virtue of your employment in the organization, on whose request the account is opened with the bank and subject to regular salary credit. In the event of no salary credits in the Salary Account for any continuous three months, the Bank reserves the right to change the status of Salary Account to Savings Regular Account without any intimation to the account holder/me and the Terms & Conditions as applicable to the HDFC Bank Savings Regular Account shall apply to this account from the date of change of status.
