HDFC Bank — aml was wrongly mentioned by hdfc bank (hbl=[protected], which resulted to str

I am facing troubles due to str being launched by mistake done by hdfc bank.

They placed wrong aml, which created the whole series of doubts on my transactions.

Bank even sent apology in email but the matter is still pending from last 2 months.

I got a reply from bank as under :

But my str is still open and am facing investigation by authorities. Bank is not responding to my ticket, even i had escalated my matter but again bank is dead silence on the mistake they did.
