[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Amount Debit in my account after 2 month not refund

Dear Sir,
on 13 Nov 2016 i m used my ATM card at Jodhpur express for RS. 1301/-. according to merchant his bank not received the amount but same amount debit to my account so i pay with another way to merchant. i was complaint in hdfc phone bankers and also Hdfc bank. after 15 days the same amount credit to my account. again the same amount deduct in my account on 21-12-16 .i m complaint again on next day that means 22-12-16 and my complaint No. 1203326. after many time visit in hdfc bank but till time i don't have received amount.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We have raised chargeback on the acquiring bank and your account will be credited by February 24, 2017 provided we do not get the representment proof i.e proof of transaction from the acquiring bank.
