[Resolved] HDFC Bank — amount debited but transaction is failed

Dear sir /madam
Please concern my problem as my transaction failed but the amount was deducted.
I contact the jio customer care they told me that they haven't received the payment so unable to issue refund confirmation. Following information have been provided please refer and solve the problem:
A) bank transaction id :bv000008um3j
B) transaction is failed but amount is debited on[protected] : 20:02:30 of rs. 349 in mumbai at jpbppi
C) saving a/c no. [protected] hdfc bank lajpat nagar
D) name: babita rijal

Please credit back the amount.1

Mode of recharge : jiomoney

Amount of recharge :rs.349.00 in mumbai at jpbppi

Br id/ rv id/ bank transaction id : bv000008um3j

Account no : [protected] hdfc bank lajpat nagar
Name babita rijal

Amount is deducted from my bank account but not recharge is done.
