HDFC Bank — amount debited from my account but transaction failed

An amount of rupees 4832.00 debited from my account but transaction failed yesterday, 18 Mar 2018. reference number is[protected].
the transaction failed in POS the first time, but later the amount was deducted twice. i need the refund ASAP.
