HDFC Bank — Amount debited without my knowledge

The amount of Rs 2721.04 is debited from account towards my credit card (FUND TRF DM) without my knowledge and its happening from few months. I have not enabled auto debit. Issue is not that you have debited the amount. I should have been told that if due date has passed then HDFC will do auto debit. I was not told/ informed about this. This means that HDFC will do its own will and start taking amount from my account without my permission?? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
