[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — amount deducted from my card but not received by recipient

Hello team,

I am ishan shingne
A/c no: [protected]
I have paid amount of rs 285 to manas veg treat restaurant today (Date "14th may 2018")
First time payment get failed
Ref no: 003236
Second time payment get successful
Ref no: 003237

But when i checked my accounts, at both times payment get deducted from my account.
I also checked transaction at restaurant's end but his machine was showing only 1 transaction from my side.

Kindly help me to get my money back that i have paid extra.

As on May 15, 2018 the amount has not been claimed by the acquiring bank. In case the acquiring bank does not claim the transaction amount by the 9th day, the amount will be re-credited to your account. In case, you do not find any credit to your account after the above-mentioned time frames (as applicable), we request you to refer to the Dispute process as follows: Kindly fill in the Card holder Dispute form & the proof that you have attempted to resolve the dispute with the Merchant ( (i.e. Email comm.or letter) and fax it across to us on[protected] to the kind attention of Charge-back Unit mentioning the reference number[protected] in the subject line of this e-mail, so that we can initiate a charge-back. Please write back to us confirming the date when you have faxed the same, to enable us to confirm its receipt. 1) By 9th day you mean 23rd May 2018?
2) Its me who loosed money, why don't you submit me proof that acquiring bank has claimed the amount if they claim in 9 days. So I will be in batter position to handle the situation. In case you can not give me proof, give me in writing, I will escalate it to Bank Abusement
3) Please mention Fax number on which you want me to share my communication details with vendor.
