[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — amount deduction but transaction was failed

I made a transaction of 500 on 3 Oct to pay the application fee for UPTET 2018 by my debit card details.But at last there was a error that upbasiceduboard website is not reachable and transaction got failed but I saw that amount has been deduct from my account and fee not submit in respect o[censored]pbasiceduboard. And thats why I again have to submit my fee from another source.So plz refund my money back in my account.

In case the acquiring bank does not claim the transaction amount by the 9th day, the amount will be re-credited to your account.
