[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Amount dispute | |||
Hello Team, On 30th Jan, double amount has been debited from my account for 2, 256 INR. This happened due to timeout error while paying through my Debit Card at Jaipur Gems Jayanagar 4th Block for buying 1 Emerald Gemstone worth 2, 256 INR. But the merchant has received the amount once only. I have already raised the complaint to HDFC bank on February 5th and then on 18thetc and continuously following up with them until now, it's been more than 2 months and still my amount has not been reversed back. Ganesh Kumar so called Deputy Manager(Amt. Dispute team) from HDFC bank is just sending copy paste responses and initially I was supposed to get my amount on 25th March. Again he has postponed to 10th May. Providing no proper complaint status at all. Please take action on them and help me get my amount reversed back.
