My customer id[protected] Acc no -[protected] Sorry for my words from here on..I am literally pissed off with your intelligent Customer care people, its been more than 15 days and I have not received the money back to my accocunt. Right from the very 7th day, I am calling these so called Intelligent Customer care officer of Great Bankk HDFC and they say please wait for 2 more even today the same thing. Are these so dumb or do you guys not care to pay somebody 1000 rs. even we could go ahead and create a complaint against you guys in the Ombuds forum on the Regulatory body asking for huge amount..
