High Priority: This is sharmila customer id:61129501 On 12th march 2017 i have used my debit card in one fancy shop amount is debited from my account but the card is declined after debited the amount. i used to complaint to customer care two days back Reference Id:1274429, upto now my problem is not yet solved and didnt receive any call 4m hdfc ppl. Apr 25, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 18, 2017 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, The transaction (i[censored]nclaimed) will be reversed to your account as per VISA / MasterCard turnaround time of 16 days. Incase, if transaction is not reversed on 16 day, kindly submit a Charge-back complaint along with the proof immediately that you attempted to resolve the dispute with merchant i.e. any e-mail communication or letter, etc.. Please also fill in and submit the Card holder Dispute Form. Please note that to initiate dispute for the below mentioned transaction a signed customer dispute form with exact nature of dispute as the same is must to take up the matter with the acquiring bank. Kindly provide the dispute form duly filled and signed by account holder in this regard. You can send the duly filled and signed CDF form on the Fax number or address mentioned on the form or e-mail us the scan copy.
