I am the hdfc payzapp customer. I tried transfering the amount from my credit card through this app on september 2nd. I transferred 10, 000 rs, but 5, 000 amount went missing. I tried to connect the payzapp customer service but it was not working. Please help me with this issue. They are not responding properly.

Pathetic customer service not all but 9p% is just disgusting

I have made the payment of 2000 for the bank loan there is no transaction on the account why is this so Mayuri from mumbai has sent a representative I have also got the receipt as well sort this out as soon as possible You guys are just hopeless

If I go to brach they say call customer several and If I call them they say go to brach what is this goin on

I''ll make sure that none of my family friends and my offc staff join your bank its use less for customers
