Dear sir, My mobile number [protected]. I transfer amount 11/09/2017 from my credit card to payzapp 10000 rs for three times. Amount credited only one time 10000. Remaining 20000 not credited. But amount deducted from my credit card. At same day i transferd 5000/- rs to my hdfc account. Transaction failed. Money not received to savings account and payzapp wallet. The refund has been initiated back to the source account on 12th September 2017 to card number ending 8278. Please find below the details for assistance & request you to get in touch with the respective bank for the refund procedure.
