HDFC Bank — amount not got

I had raise a request from amazon for return a product and as per amazon the return was done on 6 july with the ref. no.[protected] but till now i haven't received my amount which should be 999/- so many time i coordinate with Amazon or hdfc costumer care. But from now both are playing blam game.
