[Resolved] HDFC Bank — amount not refunded to payzapp account despite failed transaction | |
Hi, On tuesday, sept 5, 2017, i tried transferring inr 5000/- from my payzapp account to my bank account. However the transaction failed for some reason inr 5000/- got deducted from my payzapp account and it didn't get credited to my bank account. Now i am left with 5000 less in my payzapp account despite the failed transfer. Please provide necessary solutions to this as soon as possible. Also, please provide the phone number of a contact person from your end who i can address my problem to. The help line numbers are always either busy or unreachable. Oct 21, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Sep 15, 2017 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Hi Debajyoti, There was a technical glitch which was being identified and it has been fixed. Due to this issue customers were not able to load money and transfer the money. The issue has been resolved from our end.
