HDFC Bank — application for credit card address change but got rejected due to signature mismatch

My hdfc credit card is due to expire. I submitted an application form for change in address but got message regarding same that it got rejected due to signature mismatch whereas i signed the same way which i used to sign. I am highly disappointed as my card renewal is near and my address didn't change how can i get my new card.
