[Resolved] HDFC Bank — applied for credit card on 9 october still did not receive

I applied for credit card on 9 oct, 2018 and still i did not receive credit card. I got a mail from hdfc for residency address proof required hence i submitted the same in my nearest branch in bangalore still i did not get any update whether till when ill get the card. Its been so many days i've applied on 9oct still did not receive the card. I need to know till when ill receive credit card and how much more do i have to wait for the card.

We closed loan no [protected] of (Late) Sri Kanumuri Satyanarayana Raju at Akividu Branch. But till today the land documents did not deliver to the family members of above person. kindly take necessary action to deliver the above documents to the family members of (Late) Kanumuri Satyanarayana Raju. we submitted all proofs to the branch.
