[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Applied for credit card with 1 lakh limit but received 30000 limit card

I applied for 1 lakh rupees credit card but received 30000 rs card so i cancelled the card with out using it. But they are asking me to pay insurance amount of 1500. Also they are not closing my account. Can you pleas ehelp me to close the credit card account. Even they have used my loan documents to get the credit card. Can you pleas ehelp me to resolve the issue
