HDFC Bank — applied for credit since 1.5 months

Applied for credit card, provided every documents asked, but no credit card issued. Ref no.19g[protected]n5. Its been 2 months but no information from bank. No one comes for verification and i recieved message from bank that your application has been processed. If you don't want to issue credit card, atleast don't insist people to apply for credit card.
