HDFC Bank — applied for fastag on 29 nov 2019, physical fastag still not received | |||||
I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal on 29 Nov 2012. I paid deposit and some top up money both adding up to Rs. 500. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. With persistance effor i managed to speak to 4 agents over 4 weeks. All speaking only hindi to an individual who doesn't speak hindi. Upon insisting to connect the call to english speak agent, the agent managed some english and guess what all 4 agent sounded like a parrot. Repeating "Sir, the fast tag will reach you in a week time" over a period of 4 week. No prizes for guessing, weeks came and week went past, but no sign of my fast tag. I am pretty sure if i pick up the phone and call up the customer care agent, i will get the same answer again. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.
