HDFC Bank — atm money transaction refund issued

I am having account in hdfc bank, jakkasandra-bangalore. On 10/03/2018 11.41 am i tried withdrawing money from dena atm in dhari-gujarat 365640 locaton, rs. 5000/- transactions.in transaction i have not received the money from the machine but the amount got debited from my account. I have called to customer care and they told me to wait for 7 days for money refund but still i havent recived my refund. Can any one help the procedure to get my money.
