[Resolved] HDFC Bank — atm reissue

This is naresh kumar, i lost my debit card so i hotlisted my debit card and i requested for reissue. Due to change of address my atm has been resent to branch then i updted my new address again i requested for reissue its been more than fifteen days i didnt recieve. I called to customer care they said will take the request and u will get atm card within one week but from courier they called me and said ur address is nt yet changed so we sent back the courier. For customer care they charge 1 rupee i have spent more than 50 rs for customer care. Very worst response and they are cheating through customer care like when they are about to connect to telecaller they will cut the phone. This is ridiculous

Updated by Er naresh Its been more than ten days and my debit card not yet recieved and on 12 th september a hdfc authority called me and said that i will recieve my card within five days today is 18 th not yet recieved worst response and commitment
