HDFC Bank — atm transaction, 10000 amount debited but cash not dispensed from machine

Today (5th feb 2019), i tried to withdrawal cash from sbi atm (Id:s1ng[protected]) near pothina mallyapalem - visakhapatnam.

Out of 3 attempts of each 10, 000/- rs (Total 30, 000 rs), i have not got money against 2nd attempt (Ref,[protected], so that i received 20, 000 rupees but my hdfc account debited 30, 000 rupees.

Kindly reverse the 10, 000 amount...
