[Resolved] HDFC Bank — atm transaction fail but amount not reverse | |||
Dear Team, I am Alok Gupta My Saving Bank a/c number is [protected] I have made 2 withdrawl of Rs 500/- each on 20-Apr-19. One of my Tranction got failed but money deducted from my balance, which still not credited back in my account. Please help in resolving the issue. I tried to contact your customer care excutive on your helpline number, but they does not give me a satisfactory answers. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jun 4, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 04, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that immediately on receipt of your complaint we had raised a chargeback on the acquiring bank vide reference number 1892465. If the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction does not revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed, the amount will be credited to your account on the 7th working day from the date of complaint. In case the acquiring bank provides a proof of the validity of the transaction the same will be forwarded to your home branch. A letter to that effect will also be sent to you and the account will not be credited. The status of the complaint will also be communicated to you through SMS on your mobile number.
