HDFC Bank — ATM transaction time out but debited my account

Dear sir,
It is very sad to say to Sir that on the date-07/10/2020 of 2000 withdrawal from the ATM of State Bank of India, the transmission time was out but the rupee was deducted from my account and I did not even give the slip from the ATM.
