[Resolved] HDFC Bank — auto debit for the blocked credit card | |
Hi, I received the hdfc credit card regalia number: * * * 2005 couple of months back. Once i received this card i came to know that yearly charge of 2500 + tax, so i never use this card and i called and request the costumer care to cancel my card. They said your request had been taken it will cancelled. Then i got the statement after 3 months to pay the yearly charge 2500+ 450 (Tax). Then again i called costumer care enquiry about it. They said it will revoke; your card has been cancelled. On 14th march 20, 2019 they have auto debit the amount from my saving account. I never give auto debit option. Why i should pay without using the card?? After multiple request for the cancellation. Was this information helpful? | |
