Dear sir,

Below given I my account details. There was an amount of Rs.3, 520/- on hold from the bank end and we are unaware of the reason for it.wr request you to help us with refund of this amount as we are going through huge crisis during this pandemic.

If this amount was held due to bounce cases, we apologise for the same and request to refund. We hope you understand my concern and oblige by the same.
