[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Automatic deduction of Amount from my account | |||
Hi Sir, I have a serious complaint against HDFC Bank Bangalore New Bell Road and HDFC Hyderabad Lakdikapul branch. I was holding account with Bangalore HDFC for quite some time. I have stopped using it from a very long time. I missed the debit card and all such related stuff related to HDFC Bangalore. I have joined a new job where the account is HDFC again and have opened a new account at the nearby branch of HDFC. Now all of a sudden HDFC Bangalore started charging me negative amounts and my customer id becomes one for both accounts and the negative amount is shown as an automatic deduction and a continued deduction my continued emails to HDFC even the Nodal officer is of no use. They never responded or called be back. I am going through a mental trauma because of this. I want an early resolution for such, why the hell should any customer pay for an account which is not used. I really want this to be taken forward and want HDFC explain and release my amount which they have been holding it.
