[Resolved] HDFC Bank — bad service | |||
I am mohan reddy, hold a od accout number [protected]. I close my od recently, and the service provided to close the lone by the concern person ravi is very bad and acted very carelessly in answering my calls and messages. I am very upset to sea such low standards in a bank like hdfc. I had sbmiteted clouser letter on 31of december and i got my docs on 24th jan that too i myself went to branch in my district headquarter to collect it. Actually I want to open my new account but the bank authority is telling that for opening account need to give cheque I mean to say they won't accept cash for deposit is there any rule like that
