[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Balance deducted but there is no update

My balance 990 rupees deducted from account but there is no update in mini statement, in net banking and other. how come balance deducted with out any clarification in any were, trying to reach customer care but there is no result and here our Visakahapatnam location we are not getting any good service at all.
The worst service we are getting from the HDFC bank staff
