[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Balance deducted, did not receive cash | |||
I have a salary account with HDFC Bank, kondli Branch, I tried to withdraw 20k from the same branch ATM on 2 Nov, 2016 but my balance got deducted and I didnot receive any cash. HDFC Staff is asking me to wait for 7 working days for the information only whether the amount will be credit or not and if the response will be negative than again I will have to follow the process for another 7 working days. What is wrong with this bank? First of all, my balance has been wrongly deducted then I do not even get any positive response, would like the resolution ASAP. My complaint ID is - DELC[protected].
